Get account help

If login, profile visibility, follows, or collection access look wrong, send us the account email you use with SeeShelf.

Before you email

  • Include the page URL or the title of the item you were using.
  • Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • If the issue is billing-related, mention whether you are on Free, Plus, or using a reward month.
