This Refund Policy explains how SeeShelf plans to handle refunds for future paid subscriptions and billing-related support requests.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from SeeShelf ("SeeShelf", "we", "us", or "our").

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a SeeShelf paid subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Renewals

Renewal charges may also be eligible for refund if you contact support promptly after the renewal and before substantial use of the renewed paid period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support with the account email used for SeeShelf, the billing date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Cases

We may decline refund requests involving clear abuse, repeated chargebacks, intentional misuse of the service, or material violation of the Terms of Service.

Payment Provider

If SeeShelf uses a third-party billing provider such as Paddle, some refund handling may also be subject to that provider’s rules, policies, and transaction systems.
